Senior Home Partners was born from the experiences of founders Ranny and Brian Ray. Working with families in transition, they kept seeing the same thing: people didn't just need a real estate agent, a contractor, or a moving company. They needed someone to help them see the whole picture — and bring the right people together at the right time.

Families were facing hard, tangled questions. Is it safe for Mom to stay home? Do we sell first or find care first? Who can we actually trust with something this personal? The pieces existed, but no one was coordinating them.

So they built the thing that was missing: a trusted guide at the center of a network, helping families move forward with clarity instead of guesswork.

Ranny and Brian began as a husband-and-wife real estate team, helping families make confident home decisions during major life transitions. Over time, they recognized that senior transitions involve far more than selling a home — they touch care, family, finances, and the emotional weight of leaving a place full of memories.

That realization reshaped everything. Today they lead Senior Home Partners not as agents chasing a sale, but as guides whose first job is to understand your family and help you find the path that's right for you.
